🚨Important reminder to all $VSO Holders regarding transition to $BabyMole 🚨 - The snapshot of $VSO addresses will be taken at a random moment between 1-30 June. - In order to be eligible for the $BabyMole airdrop, make sure your $VSO is held in a wallet on Avalanche C-Chain (an account where you own the keys). - If you have any staked $VSO, make sure you unstake them ASAP. - If you are still holding VSOxAVAX LP tokens and/or staking them in the fuel vault, unstake them and withdraw the LP tokens. - Trading on Gate.io will halt on 31 May and the project does not officially support $VSO trading pairs moving forward. Hi everyone, here is the TLDR of the announcement: Over the last two years we’ve built out infrastructure assets as part of the Verso roadmap, but we haven’t been able capitalize on it for a variety of reasons (see announcement). Moving forward we will combine assets and join forces with Wallet Engine (a wallet infrastructure provider affiliated with the same team) to power money transfers on social apps. This consists of an end-to-end routing network, incl. offramps, onramps and fiat-to-fiat rails. Starting immediately, we will commence rebranding to TransferMole while putting the last bolts on the MVP. The service will start on Instagram and enable people to send and receive money based on their Instagram handle (SWIFT for social apps). TransferMole will issue its own token (working name: $Mole) once the platform has achieved product-market fit. In the interim, we will replace $VSO with $BabyMole, a transition token granting the right to exchange $BabyMole to $Mole at TGE. $BabyMole will be airdropped to all $VSO holders in July based on a snapshot taken between 1-30 June. Greetings everyone, As many of you have been asking for updates, I wanted to take a moment to share some thoughts with you. Last December, we announced our intention to focus on offramps and form partnerships with traditional financial institutions. This shift goes beyond just the roadmap and involves setting up partnerships with traditional financial institutions, namely banks and custody providers. We've experienced first-hand the increased regulatory scrutiny that crypto businesses are facing in recent months. For instance, some of our accounts with financial institutions were closed without explanation within two weeks of opening, while others are currently going through lengthy compliance and due diligence processes. With so much unpredictability and instability in the market, it is difficult to confirm a roadmap. We want to wait with a formal announcement until certain things are set, otherwise everyone gets confused, and it complicates conversations with investors and partners. Nevertheless, our new roadmap is taking shape, and we're confident that our approach to retail offramps will add value to the market. Recent events in the banking industry have further reinforced this. Team-wise, we'll need to make some adjustments in order to execute on our new roadmap. At this point, the core team is still on board, but some had to pursue opportunities elsewhere too. The work that has been put in during this transition period is pure sweat equity as we remain frugal. We will address the funding status for the new roadmap together with the official announcement. It stopped accruing rewards prematurely, anybody who withdraws now does not automatically get all the tokens they are due. We would like to assure you that everyone who has staked WILL get the entire sum of rewards they are due. We have already started to compensate stakers who experienced the issue.
